As a volunteer group, we may not be able to respond to all requests for an investigation.
It is not possible for us to visit locations on short notice.

If you have a business experiencing activity and would like to discuss the possibility of an investigation, please complete the entire INVESTIGATION REQUEST form.
We kindly request that all locations maintain a log or a journal of any unusual activities they may experience, including the date, time of day, and the names of witnesses. This will be highly beneficial for our team as it will help us identify patterns and determine the time of day when the activity is occurring.
Additionally, it will help people recall the events while fresh in their minds.
