Investigators Notes

Beth McLenaghan:What fun dousing rods are!!! We had a lot of fun experiencing these as a group for the first time. We got consistently correct answers to the point I started to doubt myself (and I was the one holding them.) So, we had everyone present write down 3 questions it was impossible for me to know the answers to, and then had one person ask all the questions outloud, I then repeated them, and asked the rods to point to the person who had originally written the question. Out of about 30 questions asked, they were only wrong twice, and when the person pointed to said, "no", both times the rods then correctly pointed to the right person. I felt a sense of energy so strong I nearly expected my hair to stand on end- and several times, I felt the copper pipe the rods themselves spun in (to eliminate the holder from influencing the rods unwittingly) grow so warm my hands burned. Most fascinating investigation for me so far...

Kelli Patrick:I used the EMF detector, laser thermometer and nightshot video camera. Nightshot video camera was set up in the dining room facing the stairs and living room. Nothing was found on video (i.e. orbs, EVP's). In the "green room", the thermometer fluctuated a couple of degrees, but there was one time that it went from 75 to 64 and then back again in seconds. The EMF detector, that Dee, our researcher, had was constantly blinking on danger. She asked if whomever was causing this, to stop it and it would stop. Then a minute later, it would blink again. She asked it several times to stop it and it would immediately. I didn't get anything else through the investigation.

Becky Ray:In the yellow room, my EMF detector was quiet when we entered the room, and it was initially quiet as I scanned the bed when I sat down on it. Shortly after, I ran a quick scan of the area to the left of me, and the meter picked up activity as if someone were sitting next to me. Our Researcher Dee had the same results using an ELF meter. This activity continued the remainder of the time we were in this room.
Up until the time we spent in the yellow room, I had been wide awake and feeling fine, but shortly after entering the room, I felt drained and tired and really wanted a quick nap. This is the room we normally call the "happy" room too!
